What is the purchasing process?

Online tickets to events visit our calendar or ticket page. This should present you with a gallery of events to choose from.
Select your event and follow through to the events ticket page.
Here you can choose the quantity, view the location, scroll the flyer or purchase a package.
VIP packages usually include entry drinks and seating.
Coach seats are usually separate and you should add them when purchasing tickets.
Early-bird tickets are always limited and offered to members and subscribers first. Once they are open to the public, then it’s first come first served.
2nd Release and Final Release tickets are for those who missed out on any early offers.
Remember to choose the correct package, the correct quantity and also your correct email.

How do I purchase tickets?

All ticket purchases are secure and held in status until after the event just incase of any refunds.
Tickets are purchasable online here or via any DJ on a event billing.
Tickets are sent via email and can be used on your phone.
Tickets have unique Reference numbers and a QRcode.
We scan the QRcode on entry and then you are automatically checked in and the code can no longer be used.

Can I purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else?

Online ticket purchases are a sure way to FAST-TRACK your entry to any of our events.
Tickets are sent to any email of your choice when purchasing.
So if you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, just add their email address when selecting your quantity.

Why haven't I recieved my ticket?

Online purchased tickets come with their own unique Reference number and QRcode.
Security have all Reference details, so as long as you have your email address we can still check you in at the door.
Purchased tickets are sent via email and there are times that they may get caught in your email spam filter.
Check email spam and remember to mark all email from ARP as SAFE.
Use the contact form on our homepage if you require assistance and we will gladly re-send you your ticket.

Members always have first choice on Early-bird tickets and discounts.
